Clean, good value hotel, the location was amazing adjacent to bars, reataurants and supermarkets and the jungle. I interacted with the friendly and excellent staff. The breakfast was freshly prepared and healthy, such variety, with well-cooked meals, porched eggs and avocado. Everything was simply perfect...

Overall it was a chill out stay on vacation. My double room was fashionable with a laptop-size safe, a minibar and an electronic key card😀

Happy new year everyone! Just came back from a vacation to a beautiful hotel in Phu Quoc. The style of the hotel was amazing and blended in perfectly with the surrounding nature. The interior of the rooms was great, and the bamboo bathroom gave a unique touch that I really liked. The staff was lovely and eager to help with anything. Breakfast was good, and the sandwiches they provided for our early flight were even better. The convenience of being able to use the pool at the sister hotel was also a big plus. a great experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and stylish location to unwind.

There were some downsides to our stay. The location of the hotel was a bit noisy due to the nearby road, which could be heard from our room.

Complementary airport pickup & dropoff was a great touch. Plus the drinks and fruit by the pool were a lovely surprise. the location is ideal, right in the heart of all the action. the experience was fantastic.

The noise from the traffic in the street next to the hotel was a bit too much sometimes. the housekeeping staff needs to improve their timing.

The hotel is located near a laundry shop and on top of the restaurant. It is a short distance away from the beach and also not far from the center. the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms. the staff is helpful, and breakfast is delicious. There are sustainable efforts, such as no plastic. the resort has good architecture and excellent design.

Some areas of the hotel are still being constructed, resulting in unavoidable noise.
